Here can be seen in this art piece, my political anxieties over 2017, as the Trump era begins.
The little bean-sized feteous represents the nascent year---barely existing yet sure to be exploited by the Republicans controlling Congress, as the pale dreamy-eyed figure in the upper left is the ghost of the visions and hopes I once had for this coming year, this nation. The donkey-eared idiot in the lower foreground is a stand-in for Trump, or Congress, or even Putin. Are those elbows in green hovering above his head? I think not. Those are the exaggerated breasts of the objectified women living in Trump's America.
